These Terms & Conditions form a legal contract between you and the operator of UNLK Casino ("UNLK", "we", "us"). They govern your use of UNLK Casino (the "Service") and any associated Telegram channels, bots, or websites.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must be 18 years of age or older — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use UNLK Casino. By accessing the Service, you confirm you are of legal gambling age and that online gambling with cryptocurrency is lawful where you are located.
UNLK does not accept players from any Restricted Jurisdiction listed in-app at the time you attempt to play, or from any country, territory, or region in which online gambling with cryptocurrency is unlawful. Attempting to bypass access restrictions (for example with a VPN) or to misrepresent your location is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and confiscation of bets placed in breach.
It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with the law in your region.
Your Account is tied to your Telegram identity. You may only operate one Account. You must not allow any other person to access or play on your Account. UNLK is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by you sharing your Telegram credentials or device.
You confirm that you are not playing on behalf of a third party, that funds used are legally obtained, and that you are not subject to any sanctions list.
UNLK Casino operates exclusively in cryptocurrency (TON). No fiat currency is accepted or issued. All on-chain transactions are final once confirmed by the TON network and cannot be reversed by UNLK. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate — UNLK is not responsible for changes in the TON-to-fiat exchange rate at any point in your use of the Service.
Every game result is determined by a dual-seed cryptographic system. Server seeds are committed before each round and revealed after. You can independently verify every outcome using your client seed, the revealed server seed, and the bet nonce. No result can be altered after commitment — by UNLK or anyone else. The Verify button is available on every bet in your in-game history.
Deposits are made by sending TON to the address shown in-app. Deposits are credited as UC at the displayed rate once confirmed on-chain.
Withdrawals are paid in TON to the wallet address you have connected. Network fees are passed through at cost; UNLK does not pad or mark up gas fees. Daily and per-transaction caps may apply and are shown in the Withdraw screen before you confirm. Most withdrawals settle within 60 seconds; longer settlement may occur during network congestion or when manual review is required (see section 8).
UNLK may delay, decline, or reverse a withdrawal where it is required to do so by law, by applicable regulatory requirements, or where a withdrawal is suspected to involve fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
UNLK verifies the identity of players whose activity exceeds defined thresholds in line with applicable anti-money laundering laws. KYC may be triggered when cumulative deposits or withdrawals cross a defined threshold, when activity requires source-of-funds verification, or when a regulator or law-enforcement authority lawfully requests it.
If KYC is triggered, you must provide the documents requested before further withdrawals are processed. Unverified balances may be held until KYC is completed. KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
UNLK provides voluntary deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible via your Profile. We encourage all players to use them. Limits take effect immediately on saving and cannot be reduced or removed during their active period. Self-exclusion is honoured permanently — once set for a defined period, you cannot reverse it before that period ends, and we will retain self-exclusion records even if you close your Account.

UNLK targets a Return to Player (RTP) of 98% across most games, meaning a long-run house edge of 2%. Per-game and per-mode RTP is displayed in each game's information panel and is the authoritative figure for that game. Game outcomes are random and past results do not influence future outcomes. Gambling outcomes can never be predicted or guaranteed.
UNLK Casino includes a progression system (XP, levels, unlocks), the UNLK Pass (with associated cosmetic and gameplay rewards), the Cube jackpot pool (the "Genesis Vault"), dig token rewards, daily streak rewards, and other in-app rewards. The mechanics, eligibility, and value of any reward may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. UC credited as a reward is immediately playable and withdrawable on the same terms as purchased UC; we do not impose hidden wagering requirements.
Where a referral, affiliate, or rewards programme is offered, its specific terms are published in-app and form part of these terms by reference.
You must not:
UNLK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found in violation, void affected bets, withhold associated balances, and report violations to relevant authorities.
UNLK may suspend or close any Account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms, or where required by law. Where an Account is closed without breach by you, your verified UC balance will be returned to your connected wallet, subject to KYC if required.
You may close your Account at any time by sending /support to @UNLKCasinoBot. Closure does not waive UNLK's right or obligation to retain records as described in the Privacy Policy.
If your Account has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months, we will treat it as dormant. We will attempt to contact you via the Telegram channel before applying any dormancy fee or withdrawing the balance. Dormancy procedures are governed by applicable law.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNLK is not liable for losses arising from gambling activity, network outages, blockchain transaction failures, third-party wallet issues, Telegram service interruptions, or any cause outside our reasonable control.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the verified UC balance held in your Account at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
UNLK is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, blockchain network failure, internet outage, or pandemic.
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of UNLK Casino is established, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at @UNLKCasinoBot via /support and to give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute. If the dispute remains unresolved, you and UNLK agree to settle it by binding arbitration under recognised international arbitration rules, save that you retain any non-waivable rights under your local consumer-protection law.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the UNLK Telegram channel (@UNLKCasino) at least 14 days before they take effect, where reasonably possible. Continued use of UNLK Casino after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a material change, you may close your Account and withdraw your verified balance.
